What can you do if you cannot login, or have forgotten your password?
You can click on "Login" at the top right of the portal page, then the "I forgot my password" link, or you can send an email to one of the site admins requesting a reset. If you use the link, you must enter your registered Username and Email address. This must be the email address associated with your account. If you have not changed this via your user control panel then it is the email address you registered your account with.
Note: The admins cannot tell you your old password, but they can reset to a new (temporary) one, which you can then change yourself after logging in.
BUT, before doing any of those steps, first try this:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then refresh our page (or even better - restart your browser). As long as you do not have any browser extensions or security software that may be blocking the login, you may find you are now able to login. If you need instructions on how to clear your browser's cache and cookies, a simple search will yield lots of help, or someone can post a response to this message with the simple steps to do so.
