Re: GTPCC News

Don't know what the problem was, but it was resolved later in the day after I had posted, and before you answered. I had even emailed Jerry, but he never replied.

GTPCC News

I have noticed for the past 2 days, that I cannot access the Golden Triangle PC Club website. I just noticed it, and know it was working on 8/13.

If anyone has any news about this, please report it here.

Thanks

Re: August 2017 Bonus Newsletter Puzzle

This is at least partly a simple guess from your clues, rather than actually working it out, but... 1. Tom: wrote at least 5 of the articles in the August newsletter (can I take a break now?) 2. 500: Here is the guess part - 500 unique words used in those 5 articles??? 3. at least 5: see clue #1. Re: 10 Popular Android Apps

1. I never used Snapchat (& probably never will). 2. Amazon Shopping - I use this A LOT! Sure, you can do the same in the browser, but I like it. 3. Netflix -I have an account for mailing a DVD, and briefly used both the official and a few unofficial Netflix apps to view/manage my queue, but qui...

Converting Documents to PDF in Win10

Here's a tip for anyone using Windows 10 about a tool that is built-in already - Microsoft Print to PDF. I use this very often, and it works great, but keep in mind that it is for "printing" to pdf, NOT "converting" an existing document into pdf with all formatting, hyperlinks an...

Re: Windows 10 after two years

My grade: B (neither B+ or B-) The Start Menu is considerably improved fro Windows 8 & 8.1, but for me, not as good as 7. Classic Shell with the Classic Start Menu, however gives you the best of both, and on the extremely rare occasions that I actually want to use the Windows 10 Start Menu, I ca...
